Name (optional), email address, and the data derived from the test (dosha, archetype, Chinese Medicine element and Enneagram type).
3. Purpose
Sending you by email the full result of your energy profile, including the Enneagram layer. We do not sell, transfer or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
The explicit consent you give by checking the consent box in the unlock form (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
5. Retention
We keep your data for a maximum of 24 months from collection, unless you request earlier deletion.
6. Your rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to vedantic@pranashanta.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
